The new season of Top Gear will make its Stateside debut on 4 February – just a few days after it premieres in the UK. The usual suspects: Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May, will be putting various new and used cars to the test while stuntman Stig scares the life out of celebrity guests. Homeland’s Damian Lewis will be the first guest to ride with Stig in the Star in a Reasonably Priced Car segment.
Meanwhile, David Tennant fans won’t have to wait much longer to watch the actor’s critically acclaimed war-time drama Spies of Warsaw. The first episode of the drama will air on 3 April at 9 p.m. while the concluding episode will occupy the same time slot one week later. Spies of Warsaw is written by Porridge creators Ian Le Frenais and Dick Clement. It recently aired on BBC4 in the UK and aside from Tennant, the cast includes Janet Montgomery, Julian Glover and Anton Lesser.
